Welcome to my page. My name is Vincent, and I used
to snore. I created this page to share my knowledge with people who
are now suffering from snoring.
Have you ever asked yourself this question,"How can I
stop snoring?"
Are you desperately finding an
answer to this question?
Let's find out the simple cause of it before going
for the solution. When we sleep, the muscles of
the throat and tongue relax, causes the airway to become narrow, and
the vibration of air through this constricted passage creates harsh
or hoarse sounds.
How many methods have you tried
to stop snoring already?
Everyday there are many people who are searching for
a method or way to stop or reduce snoring, in this article I
will show you some simple snoring exercise that you can use to
attain the results.
Some simple snoring
exercises:
1. Sing out loud
Try to sing out loud. By doing so for half a hour
will help to keep your throat and neck in good shape.
2. Chew A Pencil
This is an easy snoring exercise that you can do to
strengthen your muscle. Just hold a pen or pencil in your mouth for
a few minutes several times a day. Don't bite down on it so you
tense up, begin to gag or snap the pen in two.
3. Yawning
An easy and amazing exercise. You will automatically
yawn when you open your mouth widely. What I want you to do is to
hold your mouth wide open when you yawn and hold it there for about
three to four seconds, then close your mouth gently after
that.
4. Stick your tongue Out
Try stick out your tongue as far as you can and
wiggle it about in all directions.
You can start seeing the improvements within the
same day if you do the above mentioned snoring exercise right now
after you read this article. You can actually feel your muscle in
your throat get toned and tighten up. Therefore, reassuring you that
the exercises are working, and that you are doing them properly.
